Sugar T's Morning Wake-Up Call

Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Sugar T (also known as the Sugar Sensation) has been a member of the WVCR family since 1996.  When she is not at the radio station, you can find her at home cooking, chilling with the other Saint DJs, spending too much money on expensive purses, at the gym practicing her boxing moves or warming the bench with Skipper and Trish at the basketball games.  She likes to travel, especially to one of her three favorite places—NYC, Spain, or West Palm Beach, FL.  She is always dressed very stylishly and would never be caught in sneakers or practical shoes.  Her favorite TV shows are Nip/Tuck, Desperate Housewives and The Sopranos.  A self-described “anti-Yankee”, she instead chooses to root for the Mets, the Giants and of course, the Siena Saints men’s basketball team.  Originally from East Northport, Long Island, she now lives in Albany.
